And oddly enough, today's post reflects what you said in your comment. :)Pen Umbrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17953066879580006361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677609800058697356.post-75520286182922992892012-11-12T01:57:28.308-08:002012-11-12T01:57:28.308-08:00Yesterday my husband read me a little from a book ...Yesterday my husband read me a little from a book he was reading. It was about life purpose and how one man spent 30 years looking for his life purpose. He joined the army and found not much more than discipline, then he went to corporate America. Still unsettled by his lack of life purpose he went to NLP seminars to be told that, obviously, his life purpose was to become an NLP master. All the while he questioned and eventually he realised that his life purpose was whatever was moving him at the time. Perhaps it was NLP for a few years but then it's ok to be passionate about something else and your life purpose shifts.

So the Phd version of you was totally valid, but you've changed and now the writer-you is emerging. There's nothing wrong with having different relationships with dreams/goals/ideas at different stages. You're just being honest and truthful to what passion stirs you now so don't be sad for the Phd that didn't work out, embrace the writer's heart that's calling to you now :-)

Lyn
xAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18426902630904762148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677609800058697356.post-61875909070216687382012-11-11T16:40:17.156-08:002012-11-11T16:40:17.156-08:00/m\/m\Carin Channinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08300931579322235225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677609800058697356.post-55965106382929634132011-12-11T11:58:28.501-08:002011-12-11T11:58:28.501-08:00i hear ya:)) fb katie olson...i hear ya:)) fb katie olson...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677609800058697356.post-75908002045464546852010-09-22T22:06:05.922-07:002010-09-22T22:06:05.922-07:00Money is a root of evil, because people nowadays h...Money is a root of evil, because people nowadays has less love and respect to humanity and animals.
